FOR REFUNDS

• • You may request a refund or exchange within 48 hours from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be: in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, and with the tags.
  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
  • The item must pass inspection FIRST before a refund is approved. please note that clear photos/videos is required while submitting the refund form.
  • inspection does not guarantee a refund.
  • The process may take up to 7-14 days.
  • please note that sale items are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.

FOR EXCHANGES

We can exchange your item for:

• • A different size (if available), a different product (price difference may apply), or  to personal preference,
  • additional shipping fees apply for exchanges.
